About the Role

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Senior HR Manager / People Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll lead our recruitment efforts and drive impactful HR projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment focus who enjoys a balance of operational duties and innovative projects. What You’ll Do


Lead the Recruitment Process

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer, for roles across various departments

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, identify talent pipelines, and leverage diverse channels to attract top candidates

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, representing our culture and values at every step

People Operations & HR Projects

  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals, including culture-building, employee engagement, and performance management

  • Develop and implement scalable processes for onboarding, employee development, and retention

Collaborate Across Departments

  • Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and contribute to our people strategy

  • Act as an HR partner and trusted advisor to the team, handling complex issues with empathy and expertise



Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment and people operations

  • Proven track record of leading HR projects and developing successful talent acquisition strategies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of humor that brings joy to your work

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset

  • Experience in a tech and startup environment is a plus

  • Berlin-based or willing to relocate to Berlin or can easily travel to Berlin when necessary


  • Language: Fluent in English 

  • Communication: Directness and openness in communication.



Nice-to-Haves

  • Labour Law Expertise: For Germany, Poland, and Croatia

  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in German.

  • Hands-on experience in building and managing an HR team
